All TNC23 speakers (of Presentations and Lightning Talks) will need to purchase a pass in order to visit and speak at TNC23. Speakers are eligible for a discounted full conference speaker pass. Please note that only confirmed TNC23 speakers may make use of this discounted link. Each speaker registration will be checked by the organisers. Demonstrators are not eligible to a Speaker Pass.

Letter of invitation

Participants requiring supporting documentation in order to apply for a visa, can request this with the organisation. Please be aware that a letter of invitation does not imply any financial support.

Conference participants will still be subject to the normal registration fee mentioned on this page. Registration, including payment, to the conference is necessary prior to requesting a letter of invitation.

Who can enter Albania without a visa?

• Foreign citizens who have a valid, multiple-entry Schengen visa, which has been previously used in one of the Schengen states, or foreign citizens who have a valid permit of stay in one of the Schengen states;
• Foreign citizens who have a valid, multiple-entry US or UK visa, which has been previously used in the respective country of issuance, or have valid permit of stay in the US or UK.
• Foreign citizens from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, India, Qatar, Oman, Thailand, can enter in Albania without visa,for short term stay, with the passport document, from 20 April until 31 December;
• Foreign citizens who have a 10 year residence permit, issued by the competent authority of the United Arab Emirates, valid not less than one year from the moment of entry.
• Foreign citizens who enter and stay without visa in the Schengen area

All foreign citizens from countries that are not included in the table are required to have a visa before travelling to Albania. They can apply for a visa in the Albanian embassy that is geographically closest to their country of origin or residency.

Upon registration, attendees from non-Albanian organisations and individual attendees will receive a registration or payment confirmation.
